The Selection of the Celebrities who will be attending the Event:
Which celebrity would you like to see attend the event ? (RADIO PROMOTION)
Television, Radio, Print Media and Internet Profiles will be given to the Celebrities attending the Event. Local Business Houses who nominate a celebrity in the lead up to the event will also be identified. ie.
Request through Radio Central : Paul Smith form the Tyre Centre would like to see Ian Thorpe attend the Event.
Response : Graham Eadie from Radio Central to contact Ian and invite him to attend.
Press Release : Confirmation of all celebrities attending will be promoted on television, radio, newspaper and on the website : www.aussiegateways.com.au/celebritygolf


The 'Meet the Celebrities' Evening @ The Stars Room Twin Towns Services Club at 6.00pm Thursday March 30, 2006 :
Which celebrity would you like to play in your team ?
This part of the event will be conducted on the evening before the golf day. It will be part of a 'Meet the Celebrities' dinner at The Stars Room Twin Towns Services Club. This event will decide by a draw system which celebrity will play in which corporate team.

The 'Aussie Celebrity Golf' Challenge Day @ Coolangatta Tweed Golf Club at 11.00am Friday March 31, 2006 :
Which celebrity will be playing in your team ?
There will be only 32 teams that will participate in this event. Each business house will nominate a team of 3 golfers plus the celebrity which they have drawn at the evening before. (128 players in total, 18 holes of golf, 64 motorised buggies)

Post Event Activities:
The Celebrities handing over the cheques !
Handing over the cheques to the nominated local chartites will take place after the celebrity golf challenge.
