Our Mission Statement:
To give representatives from the corporate sector and local community the opportunity to participate in a golf day with well known celebrities - the primary focus being to raise much needed funds for a local charity.

This year the nominated charities (Camp Quality and Leukaemia Foundation) will receive a donation from the organising group on behalf of all participants in the event.

The Celebrity Golf Challenge is an initiative of the local Media Agencies - NBN Television, Radio Central, Aussie Gateways and the Daily News with the support of the Twin Towns Services Club and Coolangatta Tweed Golf Club

The Event is an 18 hole 4 Ball Ambrose with a Shotgun Start at 12.00pm (Qld time) 1.00 pm (NSW time). Daylight Saving Times may apply. 
This year the field has been restricted to 32 teams of 128 players.

The cost is $360.00 per person package for the 2 day event or $1000 for a team of three.
This entry fee includes...
1. 'Meet the Celebrities' Evening
Thursday 30th March, 2006 at 6.00pm (Qld Time)
1 dinner and drinks voucher to the 'Meet the Celebrity' evening at Twin Towns Starsroom.
Access to the celebrity team draw & Australian Walk of Fame Induction Ceremony.

2. Aussie 'Celebrity Golf Day' Event,
Friday 31st March, 2006 at 11.00am (Qld Time)
18 holes of golf at Coolangatta Tweed Golf Club - River Course,
1/2 share in motorised buggie (2 per team of 4),
free sausage sandwiches on golf day,
1 meal voucher for golf presentation evening

Srg Show No Mercy 'Speed Cop' or Aussie Sports - Fast Ball

Please Note : All teams will be allocated 2 motorised buggies as part of their registration. Your team will be registered to play upon payment of this amount. Please organise your team and pay ASAP. Deadline January 30, 2006.

Team registration on the day will be at the Coolangatta Tweed Golf Club Pro Shop area at 11.00am (Qld time)

The winners will receive prizes and individual trophies commemorating their achievement, plus the honour of holding the Celebrity Golf Challenge Trophy, (with team and names engraved) for twelve months.

Other prizes will include the longest drive and the straightest drive, closest to the pin and sponsor's choice prize packages.
