OBJECTIVES:
To use a cooperative model to meet production and telecast
costs associated with this television program.
To
portray a variety of topics and human interest stories as
well as showcasing the tourism potential and holiday activities
of both regions.
To
encourage the business community to join with tourism industry
operators in promoting the Northern NSW and Southern Gold
Coast regions.
To
use the Aussie Gateways web portal as a point of contact
for viewers seeking further information about any of the
segments.
STRATEGIES:
To
make advertising opportunities available to corporate sponsors
of the Aussie Gateways television series. This includes
logo on television program, logo and links on Aussie Gateways
web portal and logo with contact numbers on all Aussie Gateways
brochures & other forms of print media.
To
make segments of each program available to members of the
Aussie Gateways network.
This will be available at a designated rate per minute for
footage shot and edited.
To
encourage viewers to book accommodation & tours and
seek local companies and personnel via the Aussie Gateways
web portal.
To
use media promotions to encourage visitors to respect the
clean and green image of both areas and follow the example
set by locals in disposing of waste, recycling, respecting
our waterways and protecting the environment.
